Our clarity practice will expand your self-knowledge and empower you to achieve your goals.
Meditation is the key to this well of knowledge and empowerment.
You will move from a state of busyness and distraction to clarity of mind, purpose, and direction.
Program Elements
Our program consists of 10 sessions, about a week apart, each with homework and practice elements.
Every session will provide technical information and demonstrations of techniques, much like personal fitness training.
Each will begin with a review of your mindful clarity practices, experiences, and accountabilities since the prior session.

- We’ll clarify your intentions and set them in motion.

- We’ll talk about the practice of journaling to focus the mind.
Session Four
- We’ll discuss visioning principles and practices.
Session Five
- We’ll practice advanced breathing.
Session Six
- We’ll develop personalized phrases which you can repeat daily.
Session Seven
- We’ll teach you how to train your mind to work for you.
Session Eight
- We’ll show you how to choose language to generate the outcomes you seek.
Session Nine
- We’ll reveal the power of releasing the past and the stories that hold you back.
Session Ten
- We’ll observe the results and make adjustments.
About
Mindfulness is the ability for individuals to be present: the observation of what is happening for them without distraction or judgement. In this state, we can gain insights that allows us to access ideas to solve problems and to make choices that support us.
Meditation is the lever that will generate access to the source of productivity one seeks.
My name is Marty Katz and I am the Founder of Mindful Clarity as well as Connectors 360 (www.Connectors360.com), a branding and messaging agency. I have been a student of meditation for many years and have studied with teachers steeped in the wisdom of the Far East. The basis of this learning is the Vedas, the body of work that informs the Buddhist and Hindu traditions.
Through my studies, I have learned a range of meditation techniques, including breathing, mental focusing and mantras, which are a sounds that contain vibrational frequencies that move us into a meditative state.
My Mindful Clarity program synthesizes many techniques and is designed to make the process of meditation easy, uplifting , centering and deeply satisfying.
